Viewing Exit Interview Forms
To view exit interview forms:
On the PW Admin menu, under Separation, click Separation admin.
On the left navigation pane, click Exit Interview.
The list of exit interview forms appears.
The exit interview form details displayed are:

Displays the description like for whom the form is applicable |

Displays whether the form is active - Yes or No. If the form is active, the form is available for use |

Preview |
Displays a hyperlink to preview the exit interview form |
