Adding Exit Interview Forms
To add exit interview forms:
On the PW Admin menu, under Separation, click Separation admin.
On the left navigation pane, click Exit Interview.
Click Add.
The Add Manage Exit Interview dialog box appears.
In the Name text box, enter a name for the exit interview form. For example, Manager exit interview form.
In the Description text box, enter a meaningful description for the form.
To make the form available for use in PeopleWorks, select the Active check box, else clear the check box.
Perform one of the following steps:
To save the exit interview form and close the dialog box, click Save and Close.
To save the form and continue adding details for another exit interview form, click Save and Continue.
Note 1: To exit the dialog box without saving, click Cancel.
Note 2: Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
