Template Master
Appraisal templates are created based on the different roles in an organisation. Different templates can be created by choosing different parameters and rating scale options.
To view template master:
On the PW Admin menu, under Performance Management, click Performance Management Admin.
The General Setting page appears.
On the left hand side of the page, click Template Master.
The Template Master page appears. The template master details displayed are:

Displays whether the template is active - Yes or No If active, the template is available for the performance management activity on PeopleWorks else it is not available |

Descriptive Rating Type |
Displays the descriptive rating type |
Map |
Displays the link to map a group and its parameters to the template |
View |
Displays the link to view the TEMPLATE. Details entered and mapped are displayed in read only format for viewing purpose. |
