Overseas Experience Details

The Overseas Experience page allows you to view overseas experience details of employees such as company name, project name, project duration, project location, and so on. You can add new overseas experience details, edit the existing overseas experience details, and delete the existing overseas experience details using the Add, Edit and Delete button.

To view overseas experience details:

  1. On the home page, do any of the following:

  2. On the HR grid box, click Professional Details.

  3. On the HR menu, under Professional Details, click Overseas Experience.

The Overseas experience page appears.

  1. In the Employee search text box, enter the name and then click Go.

The overseas experience details appear.

Note:               To retrieve overseas experience details of resigned employees, check the Resigned employee only check box.

Overseas experience details

Field

Description

Company

Displays the name of the company the employee was associated with while working on overseas project

Project

Displays type of the overseas project the employee worked

From date

Displays the date that the employee started working on the overseas project

To date

Displays the date that the employee stopped working on the overseas project

Location

Displays the onsite location where the employee worked

Duration

Displays the duration of overseas project in years, months and days

Responsibility

Displays the roles and responsibilities handled by the employee in the overseas project
