Editing Overseas Experience Details

You can edit the existing overseas experience details of employees by using the Edit Overseas Experience Details dialog box.

To edit overseas experience details:

  1. In the Overseas Experience section, select the details to be modified, and then click Edit.

Edit Overseas Experience Details dialog box appears.

  1. To modify the name of the company, in the Company text box, change the name of the company.

  2. To modify the type of the project, in the Project text box, change the type of the project.

  3. To modify the project commencement date, in the From date text box, select date range.

  4. To modify the project end date, in the To date text box, select date range.

  5. To modify the location, in the Location text box, change the location of the project.

  6. To modify the duration, in the Duration text box, change the duration of the project.

  7. To modify the responsibility, in the Responsibility text box, change the roles and responsibilities handled in the project.

  8. Do any of the following:

  9. To save the details entered and to close the Edit Overseas Experience Detail dialog box, click Save & Close.

  10. To save the details entered and to add new details without closing the Edit Overseas Experience Detail dialog box, click Save & Continue.

You can view the edited overseas experience details on the Overseas Experience page.

Note 1:            All fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note 2:            To exit without creating overseas experience detail, click Cancel.
