Deleting Emergency Contact Details
You can delete the emergency contact details of employees in the Emergency contact page.
To delete emergency contact details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Personal details, click Emergency contact.
The Emergency Contact page appears.
To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.
In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR once (on the keyboard), select the employee name and click GO.
The emergency contact details of the employee appear.
Select the emergency contact details that you want to delete and click Delete.
The confirmation message appears.
Click OK.
The emergency contact detail of the employee is deleted. You can view the changes in Emergency Contact page.
Note: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
