Managing Internal Job Posting

To manage Internal Job Posting

    1. On the HR menu, select Recruitment and then click Recruitment Workspace.

The Candidate Verification Details page appears.

    1. On the left navigation pane, click Internal Job Posting.

The IJP Posts page appears.

The details will be displayed in the grid.

Field

Description

Sl. No

Displays the serial number of internal job posting

Date of Posting

Displays the date of new job posting

Reference Code

Displays the reference code of internal job posting

Job Role

Displays the job role assigned to the candidate

Last Date of Application

Displays the last date of application of internal job posting

Status

Displays the status as Active or Inactive. If the status is active, it is visible for the candidate or else it will not be visible for the candidate.

 

To add Internal Job Posting

    1. Click Add to add the new job post.

The New Job Post window appears.

      1. Enter the reference code in the Reference Code text box.

      2. Enter the role of the job in the Job Role text box.

      3. Enter the location in the Location text box.

      4. Enter the number of posts in the No of Posts text box.

      5. Enter the eligible designations required for the candidate in the Eligible Designations text box.

      6. In the Role Summary 1 option, click Choose File, browse and select the file to upload.

      7. In the Role Summary 2 option, click Choose File, browse and select the file to upload.

      8. In the Role Summary 3 option, click Choose File, browse and select the file to upload.

      9. Date of Posting text box will be auto-populated.

      10. In the Last Date of Application text box, select the date from the calendar that appears.

      11. Select InActive check box to make the job post inactive and it will not be visible for the candidate or else unclick the check box to make it visible for the candidate.

      12. Click Save to save the changes done or else click Cancel to exit from the dialog box without saving.

    1. If you want to edit the new job post, select the required check box and then click Edit.

The Edit Job Post window appears.

      1. Edit the required fields.

      2. Click Save to save the details or else click Cancel.
