Edit Candidate Details
To edit the candidate details
On the HR menu, select Recruitment and then click Manage Candidate.
The Manage Candidate page appears.
To edit the candidates details, select the required check box and click Edit button.
The Edit Candidate Details window appears.
Edit the required fields if required.
Enter the comment in the Comment text box.
Click Submit to submit the edit candidate details or else click Cancel to exit from the window.
The other alternative ways to edit candidate details are:
Under Candidate ID column, click the link.
The Edit Candidate Details window appears.
Edit the required fields.
Enter the comment in the Comment text box.
Click Submit to submit the edit candidate details or else click Cancel to exit from the window.
To view the candidate’s details, in the Manage Candidate page, select the status from the Status drop down box.
Enter the candidates name in the Candidate Search text box.
Click Search button.
The details will be displayed in the grid.
Click Reset to reset the configuration from the start.
