Generate POT Competency Assessment Score

You may need to view a summary of the Potential Competency Assessment Score details of employees at any point of time. You can generate the Potential Competency Assessment Score report based on employee id, departments and designation.

To generate the Potential Competency Assessment Score report:

On the Reports menu, under Competency Assessment, click Potential Competency Assessment Score.

The Potential Competency Assessment Score page appears.

In the Employee ID text box, enter the employee id for the potential competency assessment score by selecting the check box.
In the Department drop down box, select the department for the potential competency assessment score.
In the Designation drop down box, select the designation for the potential competency assessment score.
Click Create Report.

Note: To reset the page, click Reset.

The potential competency assessment score report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.

The total number of pages in the report as well as the number of the page you are currently on is displayed on the navigation bar. Use the arrows to navigate between pages.
To refresh the page, click .
To zoom in or out the report, on the navigation bar, select the zoom percentage in the drop-down box.
To print the report, click .
To export the report click , select Excel, PDF or Word and then open or save the document.

Employee ID

Displays the ID assigned to the employee

Employee Name

Displays the name of the employee

Department

Displays the department to which the employee belongs

Designation

Displays the designation of the employee

Reporting Officer ID

Displays the ID of the reporting officer to whom the employee reports

RO Name

Displays the name of the reporting officer to whom the employee reports

Reviewing Officer ID

Displays the ID of the reviewing officer

REV Name

Displays the name of the reviewing officer

Potential Competency Assessment Period

Displays the potential competency assessment period

Status

Displays the status of the assessment

Final Score

Displays the final score of the employee

Final Stage

Displays the final stage of the employee

Potential Competency Assessment Score

Displays the potential competency assessment score of the employee

Note: Based on the potential competencies and traits selected, score will appear.
