Generate Competency Assessment Rating

You may need to view a summary of the Competency Assessment Rating of employees at any point of time. You can generate the Competency Assessment Rating report based on your requirement.

To generate the Competency Assessment Rating report:

On the Reports menu, under Competency Assessment, click Competency Assessment Rating.

The Competency Assessment Rating page appears.

In the Year drop-down box, select the year you want view.
In the Calendar drop down box, select the name from the list you want to view.
In the Template drop down box, select the template.
In the Designation drop down box, select the designation of the employee.
In the Department drop down box, select the department from which the employee belongs.
Click Create Report.

The report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.

Note: Based on the workflow selected by the HR, the appropriate manager rating will appear in the reports.

The total number of pages in the report as well as the number of the page you are currently on is displayed on the navigation bar. Use the arrows to navigate between pages.
To refresh the page, click .
To zoom in or out the report, on the navigation bar, select the zoom percentage in the drop-down box.
To print the report, click .
To export the report click , select Excel, PDF or Word and then open or save the document.

The columns displayed in the competency assessment rating details are:

DOJ

Displays the date of joining of the employee

Department

Displays the department to which the employee belongs

Designation

Displays the designation of the employee

Tenure

Displays the service tenure of the employee

Reporting Officer ID

Displays the ID of the reporting officer to whom the employee reports

RO Name

Displays the name of the reporting officer to whom the employee reports

Reviewing Officer ID

Displays the ID of the reviewing officer

REV Name

Displays the name of the reviewing officer

Status

Displays the status of the assessment

Displays stages with traits

Rating

Displays the rating based on the configuration
