Download Categories
To manage download categories
On the HR menu, click See All.
Under Ex-Employee Portal menu, click Ex-Employee Portal.
The Download Categories page appears.
To add new Root, Select/Add Root Category drop down box.
Enter the
new root in the Add new Root
text box and click icon.
The Root Category will be added successfully.
To select the Root, Select/Add Root Category drop down box.
To edit or delete the root category, select the edit or delete icon from the Select/Add Root Category drop down box.
The details displayed are:

To add document, click Add Document button.
The Add Document dialog box appears.
In the Name text box, enter the Sub Category Name.
Select Same for All from the Document Type drop down box, if you want the document to be visible for all.
In Upload file option, click Upload File, browse and select the file to upload.
Select the Info Icon Message check box and enter the message in the Info text box.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Continue to save the details and continue adding another document.
Click Save and Close to save the details and close the dialog box.
Click Cancel to exit from the dialog box without saving.
If you want the document to be unique for each employee.
Select Unique Document from the Document Type drop down box.
In Upload Type drop down box, select Automated, if you want HR to automate the process of document generation from Ex-Employee portal.
Select the type of file from the File Type drop down box.
Pay Slips
Salary Breakup History
Full and Final Settlement
YTD Report
Form 16
IT Computation
Relieving Letter
Experience Letter
If you want HR to upload the documents manually, select Manual from the Upload Type drop down box.
Note: Same for all option allows you to upload the document which can be downloaded by Ex-Employee through his portal
Select the Info Icon Message check box and enter the message in the Info text box.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Continue to save the details and continue adding another document.
Click Save and Close to save the details and close the dialog box.
Click Cancel to exit from the dialog box without saving.
To edit
the document from the grid, click icon.
The Edit Document dialog box appears.
Edit the required fields.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Continue to save the details and continue editing another document.
Click Save and Close to save the details and close the dialog box.
Click Cancel to cancel the dialog box without saving.
To enable the Status as active, click Active radio button.
To delete
the document, click icon.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes to confirm or else click No.
