Generating Employee Analysis Gender Wise Report
Employee data can be analyzed based on their gender. This report segregates the employee information based on their gender. You can generate a consolidated report for all the employees in the organization or set up filters to customize the report output.
To generate a consolidated employee analysis gender wise report:
On the Reports menu, under Current Employee, click Employee analysis gender wise.
The Employee analysis gender wise page appears.
Click the Date text box and on the calendar, select the date till when you want the report to be generated.
Click .
The consolidated employee analysis gender wise report is generated.
The generated report includes a pie chart representing the report data.
To customize the report output, you need to set up filters based on your requirements.
To customize the output for employee analysis gender wise report:
On the Reports menu, under Current Employee, click Employee analysis gender wise.
The Employee analysis gender wise page appears.
Select one of the criteria as per your requirements:
To generate a report for employees working in a particular branch, click the Branch drop-down box and select the branch/branches you want to include in the report.
To generate a report for employees working in a particular division, click the Divisions drop-down box and select the division/divisions you want to include in the report.
To generate a report for employees working in a particular process, click the Process drop-down box and select the process/processes you want to include in the report.
To generate a report for employees working in a particular sub-process, click the Sub-Process drop-down box corresponding to the process and select the sub-process/sub-processes you want to include in the report.
Click the Date text box and on the calendar, select the date till when you want the report to be generated.
Click .
The employee analysis gender wise report is generated.
The generated report includes a pie chart representing the report data.
Note1: The selected To date should not be greater than the current date.
Note2: If no process is selected, then the sub-process field is dimmed out.
Note3: In the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check All to select all the check boxes and Uncheck All
to clear all the check boxes.
