4.1.1 Team Goal Sheet

 

      As a Reporting Officer, you can take action to approve or edit the goal assessment details by clicking   approve goal setting or from My Team menu, select Performance Management and then click Team Goal Sheet.

 

  4.1.2 RO Assessment

 

      As a Reporting Officer, you can take action to approve or edit the  assessment details by selecting Performance Management from the My Team menu and then click RO Assessment.

 

  4.1.3 Additional RO / Rev Assessment

 

      As a Reviewing Officer, you can take action to view the Employee self  assessment ratings and also can provide comments by selecting Performance Management from the My Team menu and then click RO Assessment.
