Each manager has access to these additional menus:

1. 1. My Team
   2. Reports

The My Self menu of the employee is as explained in the
   employee user manual.

The My Self menu of the manager has some additional  
  submenus:

1. 1. Request New talent
   2. Connect
   3. Reimbursement
