HR has triggered a letter activity and the candidate has received the mail, but not received the letter. What may be the reasons for the candidate not receiving the letter?
The reasons for the candidate not receiving the letter are:
1.The letter has not been mapped for the particular location and/or designation the candidate is triggered to.
2.The letter has not been mapped in the Activity
