      Why am I not able to view the certificate?

      You will not be able to view the certificate if the certificate is not mapped for the particular program.

      When I have self-nominated for the training and the same has been approved by my manager, why the training status still shows as Pending status under Nomination HR?

      Once the training is approved by your manager, the same has to be approved by HR. When HR approves the training, the training status under Nomination HR changes to Approved.

      Why am I not able to nominate myself for the training?

      HR who added the training has not enabled the Self Nomination option. So, you cannot nominate yourself for the training.
