Generating Deletion or Left Employees Report

At any point of time, you may require a report that includes information about employees who have exited from the organization. You can view the same in the Deletion or Left Employees page. You can generate a consolidated deletion or left employees report for all employees or you can set up filters and customize the output for deletion or left employees report.

To generate consolidated deletion or left employees report:

  1. On the Reports menu, under Separate, click Deletion or left employees.

The Left Employees page appears.

  1. Click .

The deletion or left employees report for all the employees is generated.

 

You can also customize the output for  deletion or left employees report. To customize the report output, you need to set up filters based on your requirements. For each filter, options are provided to select the text from a list. Following are the different ways to retrieve data for each filter.

For example, to view all employees whose names begin with K, in the Employee Name text box, select Like and enter the text K. All the names that begin with K appear as a drop-down list. Select the required name.

To customize the output for deletion or left employees report:

  1. On the Reports menu, under Separate, click Deletion or left employees.

The Left Employees page appears.

  1. Click .

The deletion or left employees report for the specified criterion/criteria is generated.

Displays the branch of the organization in which the employee works

Displays the state where the branch is located

Displays the region where the state is located

Qualification

Displays the qualification of the employee

Category

Displays the category of employment

Employment type

Displays the type of employment - permanent, contractual, trainee

Status of employment

Displays the status of employment - deleted, resigned

Resignation date

Displays the date of resignation

Resignation acceptance date

Displays the date on which the resignation is accepted

Notice period

Displays the number of days of notice period served

Mode of separation

Displays the mode of separation - forced, resigned

Full & final settlement status

Displays the final settlement status of the employee

Contact address

Displays the contact address of the employee

Contact number

Displays the contact number of the employee
