Generating Deletion or Left Employees Report
At any point of time, you may require a report that includes information about employees who have exited from the organization. You can view the same in the Deletion or Left Employees page. You can generate a consolidated deletion or left employees report for all employees or you can set up filters and customize the output for deletion or left employees report.
To generate consolidated deletion or left employees report:
On the Reports menu, under Separate, click Deletion or left employees.
The Left Employees page appears.
Click .
The deletion or left employees report for all the employees is generated.
You can also customize the output for deletion or left employees report. To customize the report output, you need to set up filters based on your requirements. For each filter, options are provided to select the text from a list. Following are the different ways to retrieve data for each filter.
Enter the required text in the text box corresponding to the filter.
Select Is Equal To from the drop-down box and enter the required text.
Select Like from the drop down box and enter the first few letters of the text and then select the required text from the drop-down list.
For example, to view all employees whose names begin with K, in the Employee Name text box, select Like and enter the text K. All the names that begin with K appear as a drop-down list. Select the required name.
Press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, and select the text from the drop-down list.
To retrieve records for a specified date, select Is Equal To from the drop-down box and enter the date or to retrieve for a specified date range, select Between and enter the beginning and ending dates of the date range.
To customize the output for deletion or left employees report:
On the Reports menu, under Separate, click Deletion or left employees.
The Left Employees page appears.
To generate a report for employees with a particular id, in the Employee id text box, enter employee id.
To generate a report for employees with a particular name, in the Employee name text box, enter the employee name.
To generate a report for employees who joined the organization on particular date, in the Date of join text box, select the date/date range.
To generate a report for employees who were relieved from the organization on a particular date, in the Date of relieving text box, select the date/date range.
To generate a report for employees working with a particular designation, in the Designation text box, enter the designation.
To generate a report for employees who belong to a particular band, in the Band text box, enter the band.
To generate a report for employees who belong to particular process, in the Process text box, enter the process name.
To generate a report for employees working in a particular department, in the Department text box, enter the department name.
To generate a report for employees working in a particular branch, in the Branch text box, enter the branch name.
To generate a report for employees working in a particular project, in the Project text box, enter the project name.
To generate a report for employees who belong to a particular state, in the State text box, enter the state name.
To generate a report for employees who belong to a particular region, in the Region text box, enter the region name.
Click .
The deletion or left employees report for the specified criterion/criteria is generated.
