Generating Employee Addition and Deletion Report

Employee addition and deletion report provides information about those employees who joined, who went on long leave  or who exited from the organization. This report can be generated based on different criteria such as branch, process, sub-process, as well as for a specific month and year.

To generate employee addition and deletion report:

  1. On the Reports menu, under Head count, click Employee addition and deletion.

The Employee Addition and Deletion page appears.

  1. Select the criterion/criteria as per your requirements:

  2. To generate a report for employees working in a particular branch, click the Branch drop-down box and select the branch/branches you want to include in the report.

  3. To generate a report for employees working in a particular division, click the Divisions drop-down box and select the division/divisions you want to include in the report.

  4. To generate a report for employees working in a particular process, click the Process drop-down box and select the process/processes you want to include in the report.

  5. To generate a report for employees working in a particular sub-process, click the Sub-Process drop-down box and select the sub-process/sub-processes for the corresponding process that you want to include in the report.

  1. In the Month drop-down box, select the name of the month for which you want to generate the report

  2. In the Year drop-down box, select the year for which you want to generate the report.

  3. Click .

The employee addition and deletion report is generated as per the selected criterion/criteria.

Note 1:            If no process is selected, then the sub-process field is dimmed out.

Note 2:            In the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check All to select all the check boxes and Uncheck All
                     to clear all the check boxes.

The columns displayed in the Employee addition or deletion report are:

Description

For all employees added, employees deleted and employees on long leave in the specified month and year, the following details are displayed

Employee ID

Displays the ID assigned to the employee

Employee name

Displays the name of the employee

Designation

Displays the designation of the employee

Sub process category

Displays the sub process category to which the employee belongs

Process category

Displays the category of the process to which the employee belongs

Date of Join

Displays the date when the employee joined the organization

DOR (Only for employee deletion)

Displays the date when the employee resigned from the organization
