Custom Reports
Custom reports will be available based on the client’s requirement. Custom reports will be built by PW technical team and will be added in Report admin under PW Admin based on client’s requirement. This will be available in custom report under Reports menu.
To generate a consolidated custom report, you need to select the custom columns.
To generate a consolidated custom report:
On the Reports menu, under Custom Reports, click Testing Custome Report.
The testing custom reports page appears.
In the Custom columns drop-down box, select the columns to be displayed in the report.
Click .
The consolidated custom report is generated.
Note: All fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
To customize the output for custom report, you need to set up filters based on your requirements. You can customize the output for custom report based on the criteria selected.
To customize the report output, for each filter, options are provided to select the text from a list. Following are the different ways to retrieve data for each filter.
Enter the required text in the text box corresponding to the filter.
Select Is Equal to from the drop-down box and enter the required text.
Select Like from the drop down box and enter the first few letters of the text and then select the required text from the drop-down list. For example, to view all employees whose names begin with K, in the Employee Name text box, select Like and enter the text K. All the names that begin with K appear as a drop-down list. Select the required name.
Press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, and select the text from the drop-down list.
To retrieve records for a specified date, select Is Equal To from the drop-down box and enter the date or to retrieve for a specified date range, select Between and enter the beginning and ending dates of the date range.
To customize the output for custom report:
On the Reports menu, under Custom Reports, click Testing Custome Report.
The testing custom reports page appears.
In the Employee ID drop-down box, select one of the criteria as per your requirement.
Enter the required text in the text box corresponding to the filter.
Select Is Equal To from the drop-down box and enter the required text.
Select Like from the drop-down box and enter the first few letters of the text and then select the required text from the drop-down list. For example, to view all employee IDs whose ID begin with X, in the Employee ID text box, select Like and enter the text X, all the ID that begin with X appear as a drop-down list. Select the required ID.
Press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, and select the text from the drop-down list.
In the Employee name drop-down box, select one of the criteria as per your requirement:

Select Like from the drop-down box and enter the first few letters of the text and then select the required text from the drop-down list. Select one of the criteria as per your requirements:
To generate a report of particular designation, click the Designation drop-down box and select the designation you want to include in the report.
To generate a report of particular type of employment, click the Employment Type drop-down box and select the employment type you want to include in the report.
To generate a report of particular type of leave, click the Leave Type drop-down box and select the type of leave you want to include in the report.
Note: In the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check All to select all the options and Uncheck All
to clear all the check boxes.
In the Custom columns drop-down box, select the columns to be displayed in the report.
Click .
The report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.
Note 1: Under report admin the filters that have to appear can be set.
Note 2: All fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Displays the employee’s relieving date |

Displays the type of leave such as annual, casual, sick, comp off, maternity, paternity |
Leaves availed |
Displays the number of leaves availed by the employee |
Leaves balance |
Displays the leave balance for the employee |
