Mapping Activities
To map role and activity:
On the PW Admin menu, under Recruitment, click Recruitment.
On the left navigation pane, click Activity role mapping.
On the list of activities, select an activity and click Map Roles.
The Map Activity with Roles dialog box appears.
In the Activity drop down box, the selected activity appears.
To select the role to be associated with the activity, click the Role drop-down box and select the check box corresponding to the role / roles.
Perform one of the following steps:
To save the mapping and close the dialog box, click Save and Close.
To save mapping and continue, click Save and Continue.
The activity is mapped to the role.
A user having the mapped role can trigger the activity for the candidate to perform.
Note 1: To exit the dialog box without saving,
click Cancel.
Note 2: Fields marked * are
mandatory and cannot be left blank.
