Add Template Master

To add a new template master:

    1. In the Template Master page, click ADD.

The ADD TEMPLATE window appears.

    1. Enter the Template Name and Description.

    2. Select the Template Type.

Note:               Options available for the Template Type are:

                        Fixed: Template used if Key Result Area (KRA) is fixed by the top level management in the organisation.

                        Free: Template used if KRA is set by the employee.

                       Combination: Template used if KRAs’ are set by both the management and the employee.

                       Confirmation: Template used by the HR for employee confirmation after probation.

                       Multirater: Template used for a 3600appraisal.  A 3600appraisal means that  assessment is done by peer, manager and sub-ordinate of an employee.

    1. Select the Quantitative Rating Type.

Note:               To view the formula for RT1 and RT2, go to Rating Master.

    1. Select the Descriptive Rating Type.

Note:               To view the formula for RT3 and RT4, go to Rating Master.

    1. Select the Rating Scale.

Note:               To view the rating scale options, go to Scale Master.

    1. Enter the Max no of Sub-Parameters in a Parameter text box that can be associated with this template.

    2. In Vintage option, select Required check box so that in the Template input characteristics screen you can enter values for three separate set of weightages for the same set of KRAs.

    3. Click SAVE & CLOSE to save the template or click SAVE & CONTINUE to add another template.

Note:              Click Cancel to exit from the window.

 

A confirmation message appears.
