Adding Bonus Details

 To add bonus details:

    1. On the PW Admin menu, under Payroll Admin, click Bonus Details.

The Bonus Details page appears.

    1. In the Financial Year drop-down box, select the financial year of the organization. It appears in reports.

    2. Click the Effective Date box and on the calendar that appears, select the date from when the bonus rates are applicable.

    3. In the Bonus Percentage text box, enter the percentage of bonus paid to the employee. It appears in bonus reports.

    4. In the Bonus Max Limit text box, enter the maximum bonus limit for employees. It appears in bonus reports.

    5. In the Bonus Calculating ceiling text box, enter the maximum ceiling value for bonus. It appears in bonus reports.

    6. To make the bonus details available to employees, select the Active check box, else clear the check box.

    7. Click Save. The bonus details are saved in the application.

Note:               To exit without saving the bonus details, click Cancel.

Note:               Fields marked with * are mandatory and cannot be left blank. System will not allow you to save the page if any of the  mandatory fields are not entered.
