Qualifications

The educational skills that candidates possess are called qualifications. Organizations look for different qualifications in candidates depending on the requirement for the projects they execute. The information of the qualifications that candidates may possess is used where applicable on PeopleWorks

As an administrator, you can view, add, edit or delete the details of qualifications in the Qualifications page.

 

To manage qualifications:

The Qualifications page appears.

The qualification details displayed are:

Project details

Field

Description

Qualification

Displays the qualification name

For example, MSc, MTech, BTech and so on

Degree

Displays the educational degree associated with the qualification – Graduate, post graduate, under graduate

Description

Displays the description of the qualification

Active

Displays whether the qualification is active - Yes or No

If active, the qualification is available for users to select wherever applicable on PeopleWorks, else it is not available

Note:    Ensure that you do not delete records that are mapped to any employee records or any other data on PeopleWorks.
