Calendar Mapping

You can map holiday calendars to specific employees by using the filters to select the applicable employees in the Calendar mapping page.

To map a calendar:

    1. On the PW Admin menu, under Leave, click Leave Admin.

    2. On the left navigation pane, click Calendar mapping.

    3. In the Holiday Calendar drop-down box, select the calendar for which you want to map employees.

    4. Click Map.

The Calendar mapping dialog box appears.

    1. In the Calendar mapping dialog box, perform the following steps:

      • To select the designations for which this calendar is applicable, click the Designation drop-down box, and select the check box corresponding to the designation/designations you want to map.

      • To select the projects for which this calendar is applicable, click the Project drop-down box, and select the check box corresponding to the project/projects you want to map.

      • To select the process for which this calendar is applicable, click the Process drop-down box, and select the check box corresponding to the process/processes you want to map.

      • To select the bands for which this calendar is applicable, click the Band drop-down box, and select the check box corresponding to the band/bands you want to map.

      • To select the division for which this calendar is applicable, click the Division drop-down box, and select the check box corresponding to the division/divisions you want to map.

      • To select the division for which this calendar is applicable, click the Location drop-down box, and select the check box corresponding to the location/locations you want to map.

    2. Click Save.

The calendar is mapped to the selections on the filters.

Note 1:  In the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check All to select all the check boxes and Uncheck All to clear all the check boxes.

Note 2:  To exit the dialog box without saving, click Cancel.
