Creating E-mail ID
You can set a standard format for creating email id of the employees in the E-Mail Id creation page.
To create email id of the employee:
On the PW Admin menu, under Configuration rules, click E-mail id creation.
The E-mail ID Creation page appears.
To add employee first name in the email id, select the check box corresponding to First name, under the Display column.
To truncate the first name in the email id, select the check box corresponding to First name, under the Truncate column.
To set the priority of first name in the email id, select the priority from the drop-down box corresponding to First name, under the Priority column.
To add employee middle name in the email id, select the check box corresponding to Middle name, under the Display column.
To truncate the middle name in the email id, select the check box corresponding to Middle name, under the Truncate column.
To set the priority of middle name in the email id, select the priority from the drop-down box corresponding to Middle name, under the Priority column.
To add employee last name in the email id, select the check box corresponding to Last name, under the Display column.
To truncate the last name in the email id, select the check box corresponding to Last name, under the Truncate column.
To set the priority of last name in the email id, select the priority from the drop-down box corresponding to Last name, under the Priority column.
In the Default address text box, enter the default address that you want to assign to all employees e-mail id.
In the Separated by drop-down box, select the special character to separate each fields in the e-mail id.
Click Save.
The standard format created by you appears.
Note1: Fields
marked * are mandatory, and they
cannot be blank.
Note2: To
return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
Note3: Settings
made here replicate while adding or deleting employees in Admin
sub menu.
