Excel Upload

Excel upload refers to the page where you can upload excel sheet of the employees’ details and other related data as per modules. This will update all the data in the PeopleWorks application.

To view and upload excel:

    1. In the PW Admin menu, under Configuration, click Excel Upload.

The Excel upload page opens.

    1. Click the Module drop-down box, select a module.

    2. To upload the excel file, perform the steps:

In the Excel Upload text box, click Choose File, browse and select the file to upload.

The excel file is uploaded.

Note 1:  To exit without uploading the excel file, click Cancel.

Note 2:  All fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Note 3: Wedding anniversary date and spouse name is mandatory if marital status is “Married”.

Note 4: HR can add the employee details and upload it through EDM upload.

Note 5: Once the upload is successful, email(s) will be sent to the employee(s) official email id regarding the login instructions.

    1. Click to save the changes done.
