Work Items
Work items page allows you to view the status of all transfer requests initiated.
To view the status of transfer requests:
On the My Team menu, under Transfer, click Work items.
The Work items page opens displaying the status of transfer requests.
The details displayed in the Work items page are:

Displays the unique code ID assigned to the transfer request |

Displays the date from when the transfer will be effective |

To view more details of a transfer request:
Click More Details against the transfer request.
The Details window appears.
The details displayed are:

Division |
Displays the name of the division in which the employee is currently working |
Branch |
Displays the name of the branch in which the employee is currently working |
Reason |
Displays the reason for transfer |
Click .
Unique code ID dialog box closes.
Note 1: The number of transfer requests
displayed can be modified by changing the number in the Show
drop-down box.
Note 2: To view the legend for the different level of approval,
hover over .
To generate a report with customized output based on a date range:
In the From Date text box, select the date range.
In the Till Date text box, select the date range.
Click Filter.
Transfer requests initiated within the selected date range are listed.
To generate a report of transfer requests with Complete status only:
Click the Show completed check box.
A report including only those transfer requests that have Complete status is displayed.
