Viewing Reprimands
As a reporting manager, you can view reprimands raised against your team members.
To view reprimands given to a team member:
On the My Team menu, under Reprimands, click Reprimands.
The Reprimands window appears with the list of reprimands, if any, issued to any of your team members.
The details displayed in the Reprimands window are:

Displays the name of the employee on whom the reprimand is raised |

Displays the comment given by HR on the reprimand |
To search for reprimands issued to a certain team member:
To select the team member for whom you want to view salary details, In the Employee search text box, perform one of the following steps:
Press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, and on the list select the employee name and click Go.
Enter the first few letters of the employee name or enter the employee id to retrieve the list of employees who match the entry, and on the list select the employee name and click Go.
To search for reprimands issued during a certain period:
Click the From box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the reprimands.
Click the To box and on the calendar, select the date up to when you want to view the reprimands.
Click Go.
The reprimands for the selected period appear.
To view the organization policies:
In the Reprimands page, on the reprimand record, click the link in the Policies column.
Select whether you want to open or save the file and click OK.
To view comments on the reprimand:
In the Reprimands page, click the link in the Comments column.
The Comment dialog box appears with comments.
