Viewing and Raising Queries
You can raise or view queries in the Raise/View queries page.
To view a query:
In the home page, do any of the following:
In the My Self grid box, click My Query.
On the My Self menu, under My Query, click Raise/View Queries.
The Raise/View queries page appears, displaying all your existing queries.
In the Parent Query Type drop-down box, select the type of parent query under which you can categorize this query.
The query types under this parent query appear in the Query Type drop-down box.
In the Query Type drop-down box, select the type of query that you want to search.
Click the From Date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to search for queries.
Click the To Date text box and on the calendar, select the date up to when you want to search for queries.
Click Get Data.
The records that satisfy the search criteria appear.
The details displayed for the queries are:

Parent query type |
Displays the type of parent query. For example: HR, Admin. |
Query type |
Displays the query type under the parent query. For example, under HR it can be Leave data clarification or Payments clarification. |
Query date |
Displays the date when the query was raised. |
Reference No |
Displays the unique reference number assigned to this query. |
Query |
Displays the query raised. |
Remarks |
Displays remarks by the concerned person who resolved the query. |
Resolved by |
Displays the name of the person who resolved the query. |
Resolution date |
Displays the date when the query was resolved. |
To raise a query:
In the home page, do any of the following:
In the My Self grid box, click My Query.
On the My Self menu, under My Query, click Raise/View queries.
The Raise/View queries page appears, displaying all your existing queries.
Click Submit Query.
The Submit query window appears.
In the Parent Query Type drop-down box, select the type of parent query under which you can categorize this query.
The query types under this parent query appear in the Query Type drop-down box.
In the Query Type drop-down box, select the type of query that you want to search.
In the Query text box, enter your query.
To attach any reference documents, click Attach, then browse, and attach the document.
The path appears in the Browse/Attach text box.
Note 1: Only .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .DOC, .DOCX,
.PPT files can be uploaded.
Note 2: The attached file size should be less than 600 KB.
Do any of the following:
To save and close the window, click Save and Close.
To raise another query, click Save and Continue.
A mail notification is received by the concerned person to resolve a query.
Note: To return without entering the query details, click Cancel.
