Generating Query Resolution Status Report
Query resolution report provides the details of the query raised—the type of query and the dates on which the query was raised and resolved, the name of the employee who raised the query as well as the name of the employee who is responsible to resolve the query.
To view the query resolution status:
On the Reports menu, under Query, click Query resolution status.
The Query Resolution Status page appears.
In the User name drop-down box, select the name of the user who raised the query.
Click the From date text box and on the calendar, select the date from when you want to view the query resolution status.
Click the To date text box and on the calendar, select the date until when you want to view the query resolution status.
In the Parent query type drop-down box, select the type of parent query for which you want to view the report.
In the Query type drop-down box, select the type of query for which you want to view the report
In the Query Category group box, click the relevant option.
Click .
A table with records based on the search criterion is displayed.

The columns displayed in the Query resolution status report are:

Displays the type of parent query to which the query belongs For example, HR, IT and so on |

Displays the type of query |

Displays the query raised by the employee |
Resolved on |
Displays the date when the query was resolved |
Resolved by |
Displays the name of the employee who resolved the query |
Remarks |
Displays any remarks pertaining to the query, entered by the person who resolved the query |
