Adding Hiring Sources
To add a hiring source:
On the PW Admin menu, under Recruitment, click Recruitment.
On the left navigation pane, click Hiring source.
Click Add.
The Add Hiring Source dialog box appears.
In the Source text box, enter the name of the hiring source.
In the Description text box, enter a meaningful description of the hiring source. For example, the address or city or any other relevant detail associated with the hiring source.
If the hiring source should be available for HR, select the Active check box, else clear the check box.
Perform one of the following steps:
To save the hiring source details and close the dialog box, click Save and Close.
To save the hiring source details and continue adding another hiring source, click Save and Continue.
The hiring source is saved.
Note 1: To exit the dialog box without saving,
click Cancel.
Note 2: Fields marked * are
mandatory and cannot be left blank.
If you want to edit an existing hiring source, select the check box corresponding to the hiring source. Click Edit, make the required changes and save.
If you want to delete an existing hiring source, select the check box corresponding to the hiring source. Click Delete and confirm.
