Rewards
Rewards are a form of recognition given for the employee’s achievement in work. The organization announces such rewards on a timely basis. The employees who achieve certain targets set by the organization will be eligible for such rewards.
The rewards that may be given to employees is used where applicable on PeopleWorks
As an administrator, you can view, add, edit or delete the details of rewards in the Rewards page.
To manage rewards:
On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Rewards.
The Rewards page appears. The reward details displayed are:

Displays the frequency at which the reward is given |

Displays the description of the reward |
Active |
Displays whether the reward is active - Yes or No If active, the reward is available for users to select wherever applicable on PeopleWorks, else it is not available |
If you want to add details of a reward, click Add, enter the required details and Save.
If you want to edit details of an existing reprimand, select the check box corresponding to the reward, click Edit, make the required changes and Save.
If you want to delete details of an existing reprimand, select the check box corresponding to the reward, click Delete and confirm.
Note: Ensure that you do not delete records that are mapped to any employee records or any other data on PeopleWorks.
