Reprimands
Reprimands are warnings given to employees if they have violated any company rules or policies.
The reprimands that may be given to employees is used where applicable on PeopleWorks
As an administrator, you can view, add, edit or delete the details of reprimands in the Reprimands page.
In case, the organization refers to reprimands by a different name, you can include the name as an alias and the alias name is used for display wherever applicable on PeopleWorks.
To manage reprimands:
On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Reprimands.
The Reprimands page appears.
The reprimand details displayed are:

Displays a link to the list of policies associated to the reprimand |

Displays whether the reprimand is active - Yes or No If active, the reprimand is available for users to select wherever applicable on PeopleWorks, else it is not available |
If you want to add details of a reprimand, click Add, enter the required details and Save.
If you want to edit details of an existing reprimand, select the check box corresponding to the reprimand, click Edit, make the required changes and Save.
If you want to delete details of an existing reprimand, select the check box corresponding to the reprimand, click Delete and confirm.
Note: Ensure that you do not delete records that are mapped to any employee records or any other data on PeopleWorks.
If you want to use a different name for reprimand on PeopleWorks, in the Alias text box, enter the alias name for reprimand and click Update.
