Projects
Organizations may execute different projects. Employees are assigned to work on different projects. The information of the projects executed by the organization is used where applicable on PeopleWorks
As an administrator, you can view, add, edit or delete the details of projects in the Projects page.
In case, the organization refers to projects by a different name, you can include the name as an alias and the alias name is used for display wherever applicable on PeopleWorks.
To manage projects:
On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Projects.
The Project page appears.
The project details displayed are:

Displays whether the project is active - Yes or No If active, the project is available for users to select wherever applicable on PeopleWorks, else it is not available |
If you want to add details of a project, click Add, enter the required details and Save.
If you want to edit details of an existing project, select the check box corresponding to the project, click Edit, make the required changes and Save.
If you want to delete details of an existing project, select the check box corresponding to the project, Click Delete and confirm.
If you want to use a different name for projects on PeopleWorks, in the Alias text box, enter the alias name for projects and click Update.
