Processes
Process is an integral part of any business. An organization has various processes which have diverse functions and objectives. A process can be anything including a sales process, development, technology, etc. As an administrator, you can give an alias name for processes.
As an administrator, you can view, add, edit or delete the details of processes in the Processes page.
In case, the organization refers to processes by a different name, you can include the name as an alias and the alias name is used for display wherever applicable on PeopleWorks.
To manage processes:
On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Processes.
The Process page appears.
The process details displayed are:

Displays whether the process is active - Yes or No If active, the process is available for users to select wherever applicable on PeopleWorks, else it is not available |
If you want to add details of a process, click Add, enter the required details and Save.
If you want to edit details of an existing process, select the check box corresponding to the process, click Edit, make the required changes and Save.
If you want to delete details of an existing process, select the check box corresponding to the process, click Delete and confirm.
Note: Ensure that you do not delete records that are mapped to any employee records or any other data on PeopleWorks.
If you want to use a different name for processes on PeopleWorks, in the Alias text box, enter the alias name for process and click Update.
