Assets
The company provides some assets for employees to use in their service tenure. For example, laptop, mobile phones, cars. As an administrator, you can add the all the assets that can be provided to employees by the organization. The assets information is tracked for employees on PeopleWorks under the Employment Details->Organization assets sub menu.
In case, the organization refers to assets by a different name, you can include the referred name as an alias and the alias name is used for display wherever applicable on PeopleWorks.
To manage asset details:
On the PW Admin menu, under Nurture and Manage, click Assets.
The Assets page appears.
The Asset details displayed are:

Displays whether the asset is active - Yes or No If active, the asset is available for the users to select wherever applicable on PeopleWorks, else it is not available |
If you want to add details of a new asset, click Add, enter the required details and Save.
If you want to edit details of an existing asset, select the check box corresponding to the asset, click Edit, make the required changes and Save.
If you want to delete details of an existing asset, select the check box corresponding to the asset. Click Delete and confirm.
Note: Ensure that you do not delete records that are mapped to any employee records or any other data on PeopleWorks.
If you want to use a different name for assets on PeopleWorks, in the Alias text box, enter the alias name for assets and click Update.
