Viewing Holiday Calendars

To view the holiday calendars in the organization:

    1. On the PW Admin menu, under Leave, click Leave Admin.

    2. On the left navigation pane, click Holiday Calendar.

The list of holiday calendars appears.

The holiday calendar details displayed are:

Field

Description

Name

Displays the name of the calendar

Description

Displays the description of the calendar

Active

Displays whether the calendar is active - Yes or No.

If Yes, then employees are able to select the calendar and view the holiday list for that calendar.
