CTC

The salary and benefits given by the company to an employee is termed as the Cost to Company (CTC). As an administrator you can configure the CTC given by the company as defined by the organization. This is a one-time configuration for the organization. As an administrator, however, you can make any modifications if required, to the configured CTC.
