Viewing Previous Employment Details
Previous Employment page refers to your team members’ previous employment details if any such as the name of the company previously worked by them, company address, date of joining, date of relieving, designation, last drawn salary, job type, reason for leaving, and so on.
To view previous employment details:
On the My Team menu, under Professional Details, click Previous Employment.
The Previous employment page opens.
To select the team member for whom you want to view salary details, in the Employee search text box, perform one of the following steps:
Press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, and on the list select the employee name and click Go.
Enter the first few letters of the employee name or enter the employee id to retrieve the list of employees who match the entry, and on the list select the employee name and click Go.
The previous employment details for the selected team member appear
The previous employment details displayed are:

Displays your team members’ date of joining the company |

Displays your team members’ date of relieving from the company |

Displays your team members’ previous designation in the company |
Last drawn salary |
Displays the salary last drawn by your team members’ in their previous company |
Job type |
Displays the type of job, whether they have worked as an full time employee or part time employee |
Reason for leaving |
Displays the reason for your team members leaving the company |
Reporting to |
Displays the name of the Team manager or HR manager whom your team members’ were reporting to |
RO contact no. |
Displays the reporting officer’s contact number. |
Is relevant |
Displays whether the details provided are relevant |
Note: Please contact your respective HR representative to make any updates or corrections in your team members’ previous employment.
