Viewing Career Progression
The Career progression page displays two separate graphs – Designation graph and CTC graph. The Designation graph shows how your career has progressed in terms of changes in designation.
The CTC graph shows how your career has progressed over a period of time, in terms of Cost to Company (CTC).
To view your career progression, perform the following steps:
On the My Self menu, under My Career, click Career progression.
The Career progression page appears displaying the career progression graphs based on designation and CTC.
