Settlement Details
You can view the details of claims pending for settlement and then settle the claims in the Settlement Details page.
To view and settle details:
On the HR (Finance) menu, under Travel and Expense, click Settlement Details.
The Settlement Details page opens.
Do any of the following and retrieve the claims pending for settlement:
To customize the search for claims pending for settlement:
Click the From Date text box and on the calendar that appears, select the beginning date of the period for which you want to view claims.
Click the To Date text box and on the calendar that appears, select the end date of the period for which you want to view claims.
In the Employee Name text box, enter the first few letters of the employee name and then, on the list select the name.
In the Employee ID text box, enter the first few characters of the employee ID and then, on the list select the ID.
In the Claim Number text box, enter the claim number.
In the Designation text box, enter the designation for which you want to view claims.
In the Division text box, enter the division for which you want to view claims.
In the Settlement Type list box, select the type of settlement.
To view all claims pending for settlement:
In the Settlement Type list box, select the type of settlement.
Note: Fields
marked * are mandatory and they cannot
be left blank. The following fields are mandatory:
Settlement Type.
Click Search.
The records for the selected criteria appear.
The details displayed are:

Displays the final amount approved for the claim. |
To settle the amount, on the list of claims pending for settlement, select the check box corresponding to the claim you want to settle and then click Settle.
The Settle window appears displaying the claim number.
In the Reference Number text box, enter the reference number for the settlement of the claim.
In the Remarks text box, enter any relevant remarks.
Do any of the following:
To save the details, click Save and Close.
To continue entering details for another record, click Save and Continue.
The claim is settled and the status of the claim is updated as Settled.
Note: To exit without saving, click Cancel.
