Viewing Policy Membership

You can view the insurance policy membership details of the employee in the Policy Membership page.

To view policy membership details of an employee:

    1. On the HR menu, under Personal details, click Policy membership.

The Policy Membership page appears.

    1. In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR once (on the keyboard), select the employee name and click GO.

The Policy Membership details of the employee appear.

    1. In the Insurance type drop down box, select the type of the insurances you want to view.

    2. In the Policy no drop down box, select the policy number of the insurance type that you want to view.

On selection of policy no, details are populated in the following field:

Policy Membership Details

Field

Description

Policy name

Displays the name of the policy

Insurance company

Displays the name of the insurance company

Start date

Displays the start date of the insurance policy

Sum insured

Displays the sum of amount that employee insured for

TPA

Displays the information whether Third Party Administrator (TPA) handles any claims

TPA name

Displays the name of the TPA

Expiry date

Displays the date on insurance policy will expire

Employee membership ID

Displays the membership ID of the employee

Information of members insured under the policy

Name of the member

Displays the name of the member insured under the policy

Relationship

Displays the relationship of the member with the employee

Gender

Displays whether male or female

Date of birth

Displays the date of birth of the member

Blood group

Displays the blood group of the member

Membership ID

Displays the membership ID of the member

Premium amount

Displays the premium amount being paid towards the insurance policy

Covered

Displays whether the member is covered under insurance policy

Nominee

Displays the information whether the member is nominee for the insurance policy

Contribution (%)

Displays the percentage of the contribution allocated to the nominee

Note 1:            Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note 2:            Fields that appears dimmed cannot be modified.
