Viewing Payslip
As an HR manager, you can view the pay slips of the employees.
To view the pay slip of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Compensation details, click Payslip.
The Payslip page appears.
In the Payslip for the month of drop-down box, select the name of the month for which you want to view the payslip.
In the Employee Search text box, enter the employee name/employee ID or press SPACEBAR once to retrieve the list of employees and then select the employee.
If the employee is a resigned employee, select the Resigned employee only check box and then click Go.
The employee details, bank details, pay structure breakup, total earnings and deductions appear.
