Viewing Career Progress

The Career progression page displays two separate graphs – Designation graph and CTC graph.

The Designation graph shows how your career or any other employee’s career has progressed over a period, in terms of your designation.  

The CTC graph shows how your career or any other employee’s career has progressed over a period, in terms of Cost to Company (CTC).

To view how career progresses, perform the following steps:

    1. On the HR menu, under Career, click Career Progression.

The Career Progression page appears.

    1. If you want to search for a particular employee, in the Employee Name text box, press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once and select the employee name.

    2. Click Go.

The career progression graphs based on designation and CTC appear.

The carrier progression details related to designation appears in the grid.

 

Designation Details

Displays the code of the employee

Designation

Displays the designation of the employee

Effective Date

Displays the date when the employee designation was effective

Band

Displays the band from where the employee belongs to

Date of Last Promotion

Displays the date of the last promotion of the employee with the organization
 

The carrier progression details related to CTC appears in the grid.

Cost to Company Details

Displays the CTC of the employee

Effective Date

Displays the date when the employee CTC was effective
 

The career progression graphs based on designation and CTC appear.

Note 1 :     To search only resigned employees, click the check box near the label Resigned employee(s) only.

Note 2:        The uploaded or entered DOLP value from current organization page or EDM or Update basic info details will be populated when the appropriate employee is searched in career progression page.
