Attendance Employee FAQs

1. Where do I see my Attendance details?

   The My Attendance details sub menu (My self >> My Attendance) allows you to view attendance details.

   To view your attendance details, perform the procedure Viewing attendance details.

2. Where do I see my Minimum Working Hours and Total LOP?

   The My Attendance details sub menu (My self >> My Attendance) provides details of your attendance.

   To view minimum working hours and LOP during a specified period, perform the procedure Viewing attendance details.

   Your attendance details including LOP and Minimum working hours are displayed.

   Make sure to uncheck the Show only LOP/Absent check box before clicking.

3. I have applied a leave but the attendance report shows it to be LOP (AB).

   If the leave is in applied status, the attendance report will show LOP (AB).

   Once the leave is approved by the manager it will reflect as Leave.

4. My leave has been approved by manager but still shows LOP (AB).

   Please contact your HR and request them to regenerate the attendance details.

5. I have generated today’s attendance details but it shows LOP (AB).

   Attendance upload is yet to happen.

6. What is the difference between Loss of Pay (AB) and LOP means?

   The difference between Loss of Pay (AB) and LOP are:

   • LOP (AB): It means that punch in and punch out details of employee is not found for the respective date OR

   Employee has not satisfied the minimum work hour condition (in case single swipe is set as absent).

   • LOP: It means an employee has applied for leave type LOP in PeopleWorks.

7. Do I have any option to download my attendance in Excel or PDF?

   Yes, there is an option to download the attendance.

   We can download by navigating through My Self>> Attendance>> My Attendance Details

   Select From Date and To Date

   Click on Create Report and Export.

   (We can generate a report with a difference of 31 days between From and To Date).

8. How can I view My Team attendance?

   The Manager has to navigate through My Team>> Team Attendance>> Team Attendance Details

   Select the Date range

   Click on Create Report

   OR

   If the Manager wants to view a Single Employee Details, he/she can Search the Employee in Employee Search

   Click on Create Report.

9. Though I have Swiped In and Out, My Attendance Details shows as LOP?

   If the time worked does not match the Minimum work hours criteria, it shows as LOP.

   Kindly contact your HR.

10. Why is it reflecting as absent even though I have worked?

    If you have forgotten to Swipe In/Out.

    Kindly contact your HR.

11. Will I get a notification when I missed to Swipe In/Out?

    Yes, you will get a notification mail when you have missed Swipe In/Out.

12. How many days after, an employee gets a notification email on his/her missed Swipe In/Out?

    An employee will receive an email notification regarding his/her missed attendance data according to the number of days set as per organization policy.

    For e.g.: If he/she missed to Swipe on 2nd Feb, if the Organization policy is set as 1 day, then an employee would receive an email notification on 3rd Feb.
