Viewing Raise/View Query

An ex-employee can view the queries, raise a query and see the status of the queries.

To view Query

    1. Under My Self menu, in the Ex-Employee Portal, click Downloads.

    2. On the left navigation pane, click Raise/View Query.

The Raise/View Query page appears.

    1. Click View Query tab so that the user can able to see the list of queries raised by him and their status.

    2. In the Parent Query Type drop down box, select the type of parent query.

    3. In the Query Type drop down box, select the type of query required.

    4. In the From &To Date text box, select the date from when and up till when you want to view the queries from the calendar that appears.

    5. Click Search to search for the various queries for the selected attributes.

The details displayed in the View Query tab are:

Query details

Field

Description

Parent Query Type

Displays the parent module associated with the query

Query Type

Displays to what category the query belongs to

Query Date

Displays the date when the query was done

Reference No.

Displays the reference number associated with the query

Query

Displays what the query is about

Remarks

Displays the comments (or remarks) given by HR

Resolved By

Displays who resolved the query

Resolved Date

Displays when the query was resolved

 

Note 1:       The Query description displays only 50 characters in the table. If there are more than 50 characters, a link will appear and on clicking it the full content appears as pop-up message.

Note 2:      The Remarks displays only 50 characters in the table. If there are more than 50 characters, a link will appear for the query description and on clicking it the full content appears as pop-up message.

Note 3:      In the Resolved By column, the HR name and the employee ID is displayed.

 

To raise Query

    1. Click Raise Query tab

The details displayed are:

    1. In the Parent Query Type drop down box, select the type of query required.

    2. In the Query Type drop down box, select the type of query to raise.

    3. In the Query text box, enter the query.

    4. Click Choose File, browse and select the file related to the query to upload.

    5. Click Submit to submit the query raised or else click Cancel to cancel the query raised.

Note 1:       Download link is available only after the document is available else it will show as “Not Available”.

Note 2:      On Save & Close or Save & Continue, a message is sent to the HR as well as an ex-employee can view about that query  in “View Queries”.

 

The other alternate way to raise query is:

    1. Click on the icon.

A Raise Query window appears.
