Updating Leave Merging Policy

To update the leave merging policy for a leave type:

    1. On the PW Admin menu, under Leave, click Leave Admin.

    2. On the left navigation pane, click Leave Merging.

    3. In the Leave type drop-down box, select the type of leave.

    4. Under the Is merging allowed column, perform one of the following steps:

      • To disallow merging with a particular leave type, on the leave type list, select the check box corresponding to the leave type.

      • To allow merging with a particular leave type, on the leave type list, clear the check box corresponding to the leave type.

    5. Click Update.

The leave merging policy is updated.

Note:  If you want to make changes in the leave merging, then select/clear the check boxes against leave types and click on Update.
