Time Sheet Entry Holidays

Reports related to those time sheet entries done on holidays can be generated by selecting the employee name/ID from the drop down menu and the tenure.

The Time sheet Entry Holidays page appears.

    1. In the From Date text box, select the date from when you want to view the time sheet entry holidays of the particular employee.

    2. In the To Date text box, select the date up till when you want to view the time sheet entry holidays of the particular employee.

    3. Enter the employee name/ID in the Employee Name/ID text box or press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once to select the name from the drop down list.

    4. Click Create Report.

Note 1:           Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note 2:           Click Reset to reset the configuration from the start.

The columns displayed in the Time sheet Entry Holidays are:

Description

Employee ID

Displays the ID of the employee

Employee Name

Displays the name of the employee

Time Sheet Entry Date

Displays the date of the time sheet entry

Hierarchy Value

Displays the hierarchy value associated with the time sheet entry holidays

Task Name

Displays the task name associated with the time sheet entry holidays

Time Sheet Entry Status

Displays the status of the time sheet entry

Hours Worked

Displays the duration of hours worked by that particular employee associated with the time sheet entry holidays
