Template - Organization Level Mapping
As an Admin you can map the templates to a particular Org Level so that all the employees under the selected org level will have the same templates. You can also map an org level to a template individually or upload the details.
Any new employees joined or being moved from one org level to another will have the template of that particular org level.
To configure Template-Organization Level Mapping
On the PW Admin menu, select Performance Management and then click Performance Management Admin.
‘General Settings’ page appears.
On the left navigation pane, click Template – Organization Level Mapping.
‘Template – Organization Level Mapping’ page appears.
The Template - Organization Level Mapping will be displayed with the following details.

Pending Templates
To map template to organization level, click Add.
‘Map Template to Org Level’ dialog box appears.
Select the name of the template from the Template Name drop down box.
Select the job code from the Job Code drop down box.
Click Map to map template to org level or else click Cancel to exit from the window without saving the changes done.
The details will be displayed in the grid.

If you want to edit template to org level, under Map Org Level column, click Edit link.
‘Edit Template to Org Level’ dialog box appears.
Template name will be displayed in the Template Name drop down box.
Select the job code from the Job Code drop down box.
Click Map to map template to org level or else click Cancel.
In the Search text box, type the template name or status and then click Search or else click Clear to clear the check box.
Only those templates for which the data mapping status is done will be available for Org level mapping.
Note: While mapping a template, the options available to select the org level should be unique. If the user tries to map a different template to the same org level combination then a validation message should be displayed “Template is already mapped for this combination”.
If the status of the template is shown as Pending, you can map template to org level by clicking Map link under Map Org Level column.
‘Map Template to Org Level’ dialog box appears.
Template name will be displayed in the Template Name drop down box.
Select the job code from the Job Code drop down box.
Click Map to map template to org level or else click Cancel.
If you want to delete the template name corresponding to the template – organization level mapping, select the required check box and then click Delete.
A confirmation message appears.
Click OK to delete the selected record (s) or else click Cancel.
To download the template, click Download Template link.
The template will get downloaded with the following details i.e. template name and job code.
Update the details in the downloaded template.
Click Choose File, browse and select the latest updated file to upload and then click Upload button.
