Scheduled Interviews

To initiate offer, on the HR menu, select Recruitment and then click Schedule Interviews.

Offer can be initiated only if the candidate is selected in all rounds of interview.

The Scheduled Interviews page appears.

    1. Select the status as All from the Status drop down box.

The details displayed are:

Displays the date the requisition was created

Displays the name of the position for which the interview is done

Displays the name of the candidate

Sent for Selection

Displays when the candidate was sent for selection

Evaluated By

Displays who evaluated the candidate

Evaluated Date

Displays when the candidate was evaluated on

Schedule Status

Displays the interview status

Last Updated On

Displays the date when these interview detail was last updated on


    1. Under Requisition ID column, click the link to view the requisition details of the candidate.

    2. Under Candidate ID column, click the link to view the candidate details.

    3. Under Action column, click Manage link to enter recruiter comment and the overall comment.

The details will get displayed.

The Feedback dialog box appears.

      1. Enter the recruiter comment in the Recruiter Comment text box.

      2. In the Decision option, select Selected or Not Selected radio button.

      3. Click Submit button to submit the feedback.

The Overall Comment dialog box appears.

      1. Enter the comment in the Comment text box.

      2. Click Submit to submit the overall comment.

Note: Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving.

The Add Candidate Details window appears.

Under Personal Details section, perform the following steps:

      1. In the Title, First Name, Middle Name and Last Name text boxes enter the candidate’s title, first, middle and last name respectively.

      2. Enter the email id of the candidate in the E-mail ID text box.

      3. Enter the father’s name of the candidate in the Father’s Name text box.

      4. In the Date of Birth text box, select the date from the calendar that appears.

      5. Select the gender from the Gender drop down box.

      6. Select the marital status of the candidate from the Marital Status drop down box.

      7. In the Present Address 1 text box, enter the present address 1 of the candidate.

      8. In the Wedding Anniversary text box, select the date from the calendar that appears.

      9. In the Present Address 2 text box, enter the present address 2 of the candidate.

      10. Select the city to which the candidate has applied from the City drop down box.

      11. Enter the pin code of the candidate in the Pin Code text box.

      12. Select the state to which the candidate has applied from the State drop down box.

      13. In the Permanent Address 1 text box, enter the permanent address 1 of the candidate.

      14. In the Permanent Address 2 text box, enter the permanent address 2 of the candidate.

      15. Select the city to which the candidate has applied from the City drop down box.

      16. Select the state to which the candidate has applied from the State drop down box.

      17. Enter the pin code of the candidate in the Pin Code text box.

      18. Enter the mobile number of the candidate in the Mobile text box.

Under Professional Details section, perform the following steps:

      1. Select the band from the Band drop down box.

      2. Select the pay structure applicable to the candidate from the Structure drop down box.

      3. Click Department if the candidate is assigned to a department, else click Process.

      4. In the Departments/Process drop-down box, select the department or process to which the candidate is assigned.

      5. In the Requisition Date text box, and on the calendar select the candidate’s requisition date.

      6. Select the city to which the candidate is applied from the Cities drop down box.

      7. Select the designation or job for which the candidate is applied from the Designation drop down box.

      8. Select the branches for which the candidate has applied from the Branches drop down box.

      9. In the Date of Joining text box, select the date when the candidate joins the organization.

      10. In the Enter CTC Rs text box, enter candidate’s CTC in Rupees.

      11. In the Bond name text box, enter the name of the bond, if any, applicable to the candidate.

      12. In the Bond amount text box, enter the amount to be paid by the candidate to the organization, according to the bond.

      13. Click the From Date box and on the calendar, select the date from when the bond is applicable.

      14. Click the To Date box and on the calendar, select the date till when the bond is applicable.

      15. Select the source that referred the candidate from the Hiring Source drop down box.

      16. Enter the comment in the Comments text box.

      17. In the Cost text box, enter the cost of the source.

      18. In the Mark Letter To text box, enter the e-mail ids of the people whom you want to intimate regarding the candidate.

      19. Select the project from the Project drop down box.

      20. Select the career level from the Career Level drop down box.

      21. Select the benefit band from the Benefit Band drop down box.

      22. Select the grade of the salary from the Salary Grade drop down box.

      23. Click Save and Close to save the candidate details and close the window.

Note 1: Click Cancel to exit from the window without saving.

Note 2:  Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
